Agents were really helpful, not only following up to see how my search was going, but also offering help if I had any questions about the process generally.

LocalAgentFinder made the process of selecting an agent very simple. We met with four agents that had contacted us through LocalAgentFinder. All were very professional and made great presentations. The [winning] agent did an outstanding job.

I would certainly recommend LocalAgentFinder to any of my friends who are in the process of buying and/or selling their property. The agent I chose was also very professional and a sale was achieved in a short period of time.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Why do homeowners use LocalAgentFinder?
Most homeowners don't sell houses often, or ever, so to make sure they make informed decisions, they use LocalAgentFinder to research agents. Viewing information from a range of agents helps them to confidently invite their favourites around for a valuation and get their property on the market.
-
What will I receive about the homeowner?
Initially, you will only receive basic property information like bedrooms, property type, area and approximate value. This protects the homeowner and helps them to feel comfortable entering the market. When your agency details are viewed, the user will exchange their contact details and address. You are welcome to follow-up with tailored information by email and request a valuation appointment.
-
What happens with the information I submit?
Your agency information will only be shared with qualified vendors and landlords that match your target property type. You will be informed every time your details are shared.
-
How is LocalAgentFinder funded?
When local homeowners request agent information, it's free to participate and get in the running to win listings. A service fee is only charged if you successfully complete a property transaction.
The service fees are:
- 0.3% of the successful sale price achieved (no VAT applicable), payable at completion
- 3% of 1st year's rent for a management agreement (2% for let only)
- No VAT is payable on LocalAgentFinder fees
